Terms & Conditions – Aqua Care India

Welcome to Aqua Care India. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or availing any of our appliance repair, installation, uninstallation, or maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Services & Bookings

Aqua Care India provides doorstep repair, installation, uninstallation, and maintenance services for a range of home appliances including water purifiers, air conditioners, geysers, LED TVs, refrigerators, kitchen chimneys, washing machines, and microwaves. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once you submit a booking request through our website or app, our team will contact you to confirm the appointment, technician details, and time slot. Any information you provide must be accurate and complete.

  • Service estimates and timelines are indicative and may vary based on appliance condition, model, and parts availability.
  • You must provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance and the service location for our technician to perform the job.
  • Any additional work or parts required beyond the original request will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding.

Payments for services must be made as per the agreed terms at the time of service completion. We accept secure payment methods and provide a digital invoice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and any promotional offers are valid only for the stated period. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us in advance. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

Aqua Care India provides a service warranty on workmanship for a limited period, the details of which are shared at the time of service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, or unauthorised repairs by third parties. We are not liable for any pre-existing faults, latent defects, or damages that are not directly caused by our technician's negligence. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
